What do you mean by guaranteed call capacity?
Our services might be based around VoIP but when it comes to delivering our services to customers it is better to be focused on the number of simultaneous calls rather than bandwidth. Our customers want to know that they will get the required number of calls once a connection is installed.
So we have designed our connectivity around a guaranteed minimum number of simultaneous calls that we have to reach or exceed to meet the needs of our customers. This means that if a customer orders a 6 call connection from us we need to deliver on this even if it means putting in a higher capacity connection for the same price.
Those that know the secret to ADSL networks know that the available bandwidth for a connection is dependent on the distance of a line from the local exchange, the underlying physical quality of that line and the type of ADSL circuit in action.
If you buy an ADSL Internet connection from an ISP you cannot be sure of what end capacity you will have once it is installed. That's why Voxhub as a VoIP specialist ISP is better suited to supplying voice connections because we think of things from a voice point of view.
