Yes, if you have an existing line you would like us to use we can transfer it to us instead of installing a new line.

If there are operational or contractual reasons that you wish to use a line not supplied by Voxhub then we can accommodate this with a valid reason. For example, some customers come to us and have unfair cancellation terms on their lines where they would be penalised financially if they transfer it to us. Under these circumstances we would work with you to limit any costs and work best with the situation.
