You should be able to use your Voxhub phone from any location with an internet connection, however you may experience issues with router compatibility.

There are a few tests that we recommend performing before relying on your home connection for your Voxhub service.

• Receive a call from a colleague, make sure that both of you can hear each other clearly.
• Make a call from your Voxhub phone, again make sure that both of you can hear both sides of the call.
• Transfer a call to a colleague.
• Hold a conference call with two of your colleagues.
• Put a colleague on hold and resume the call, check with them that they can hear the hold music while on hold.
• Whilst talking to a colleague, send them a large file via email, ask them to pay attention to how you sound while the file uploads and sends.
• Dial 321 and download a large file or watch some High Definition content online via YouTube or iPlayer, listen for any changes in how the 321 tone sounds.
• Dial 2322 for our Echo test feature which will play back your audio so you can hear how you sound to other people you speak to.
• Once you have completed the previous tests leave your phone for at least 30 minutes without making or receiving a call and then make a test call to yourself from your mobile and confirm that your phone rings.
